Once again this year, the Creole Chef is back and will be rolling into town with 10,000 pounds of fresh Louisiana grown crawfish. Also on hand will be all your Cajun favorites including boudin, crawfish etouffe, jambalaya and much more.

*A few things to keep in mind: Admission fee does not cover the cost of crawfish. Since our crawfish are brought in live directly from Louisiana, it is necessary to base the quantity on previous years’ sales.  Please plan to come early as we have been known to run out before the day is over.
