HOW TO PARTICIPATE AS A VENDOR: (FOOD, ART, OR BUSINESS)
- Check Vendor Guidelines HERE:
- Make sure that you have the proper weights* if you are using a tent (50 pounds per leg. No exceptions).
*Vendors without proper weights will not be allowed to set up and no refund will be issued.
- Fill out the Vendor Application Form HERE
- If accepted, you will be emailed a confirmation with a link to pay.
No spot is confirmed until full payment has been received.
- You will receive load in and setup times on Tuesday, April 22nd
Once your application is received and evaluated we will classify your vendor type.
- Food Vendor cost is $350
- Handmade Arts and Crafts vending is $75
- A 10x10 tent for business promotion is $500.
We do not allow political promotion and any vendor may be denied participation at the discretion of our staff.

Food Vendors must have proof of insurance and a valid City of Columbia business license.
General Release Info: By submitting the Vendor Application you do hereby release, acquit, and forever discharge Greater Rosewood Merchants Association, its agents, its representatives, its employees, or contracted staff, of and from all manner of actions, suits, damages, claims and demands whatsoever in law or equity from any loss or damage of any nature of description, known or unknown, in any way relating to the Vendor's participation in the Rosewood Crawfish Festival.
